The Belmont Racetrack project in Elmont began in winter of 2024, with over 175 men and women currently working there. E-J Electric has the bulk of the work with Foreman Mike Malone and Shop Steward John Zimmermann. In addition, there are nine other contractors: A & F Electrical Testing; B & B Lightning Protection; Certified Multi-media Solutions; CMAC Electric Corp.; Elemco Services, Inc.; Empire Systems & Design, LLC; Gordon L. Seaman, Inc.; Northgate Electric Corp. and Touchtel Technology Group & Electrical Services. The substantial completion date is September 2026.
